This property has a strict NO PARTY & NO FUNCTION policy & is not available to young groups of schoolies or singles. In consideration of our neighbours we request guests keep noise to a minimum between 9pm & 7am as we are in a quiet residential area.". The master bedroom with king bed, air conditioning, walk in robe, and ensuite with separate bath and shower. The second guest bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and its own access to the back yard and beach beyond. Third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, or 4 beds in total. Second bathroom on the lower level also, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, and double lock up garage. There is additional off street parking for 2 other vehicles in the driveway.
The upper deck has a BBQ and outdoor dining setting overlooking the large fully fenced yard. The property is pet friendly and safe for dogs (though you should of course keep an eye on them). The property also has direct beach access. True Beach Front Family Holiday Home can accommodate 10 Guests with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Perfect for 2 families or groups of adults.
